Larry Post, CEO, Post Hospitality Group (PHG)


Larry, a former Naval Aviator, had a 32 year career in the financial services industry from which he retired as Ameriprise Senior Vice President in 2015.  Additionally, for over 30 years, Larry has been supervising the renovation of brownstones he owns.  These brownstones are centrally located in Boston’s Back Bay, the North End, and South Boston neighborhoods and contain several luxury units for guests wanting a home away from home environment while still being close to all Boston has to offer including world class medical, educational and cultural institutions.  

As CEO of PHG, Larry oversees a team-oriented staff of professionals devoted to exceeding guests’ expectations for an enjoyable stay at Post Residences.  Larry’s early career, as an aircraft commander in the US Coast Guard, where he flew a HU16E Albatross, helped him form his “military precision and attention to detail” attitude when it comes to the cleanliness of the units and the happiness of his guests. 

Larry and his wife, Valerie, reside in Boston's Back Bay.  In his free time, Larry can be found cruising the Boston Harbor aboard Kayla, his 50' sailboat with his trusty skipper, Tucker, a Tibetan Terrier puppy.  Larry received his BA from the University of Massachusetts and currently participates in a number of non-profit boards, including the National Naval Aviation Museum.

Jason Post, President, Post Hospitality Group (PHG)


Jason oversees all aspects of PHG's portfolio of luxury rental properties throughout Boston.  Post Residences prides itself on offering exquisite rentals and providing all guests with a truly memorable experience.  Jason personally see to it that all guests' expectations are exceeded, whether he is demonstrating how to use the smart TV or is donning his tool belt to handle routine maintenance. 

Prior to focusing full-time on his portfolio of luxury residences, Jason was a Senior Vice President at a full service investment consulting and advisory firm, working in the Private Markets Group.  As head of the real estate team, Jason was responsible for investing and monitoring clients' investment in private real estate funds, co-investments, and secondaries.  Prior to this, Jason was employed as an investment professional with Hotel Capital Advisers, a hospitality focused private equity firm that managed a Saudi Prince's hotel investments across North America and Europe.  Jason managed the Prince's interests in the Four Seasons and Fairmont management/operating companies, as well as oversaw his investments in several trophy properties, most notably, NYC's The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel; The Fairmont San Francisco; Paris' Four Seasons Hotel George V; and London's The Savoy, A Fairmont Managed Hotel.  Jason began his career as an analyst for J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking division in their real estate large loan structuring group.

Jason takes the same approach he took at his previous firms to managing his personal real estate investments, by providing exceptional service combined with fantastic accommodations in prime locations.  

Jason and his wife, Katherine, reside in Boston's Back Bay, with their son and daughter and their Havanese, Teddy.  Jason received a BS from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.  Jason holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Jason serves as a City Services Block Captain with the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay and also serves as the Alley Rally Committee Chair.

Marie Hayman, Senior Vice President, Post Hospitality Group (PHG)

Marie is on her second career after having spent nearly three decades in leadership positions in the public sector, most recently as chief of staff for a transportation and construction organization.    In that role, she exercised problem solving and organizational skills that she brings to bear at PHG.  As Senior Vice President, she is responsible for helping PHG achieve the goals and objectives of 100% guest satisfaction, as well as running the LP Institute Division for training which she started in 2014.

Marie received a BA from George Washington University in Washington, DC.  Marie resides in Milton with her cat, Rudy, and enjoys hiking and kayaking in mid-coast Maine.  She also enjoys politics as a spectator sport. 

Keith Shirley, Managing Principal, Engel & Völkers / Meridian Realty Group


Keith is responsible for leading Meridian's Property Management division, which includes overseeing the management of the Company's entire portfolio of over 1,000 units and 50 communities across Massachusetts.  In addition to his responsibilities for Property Management, Keith oversees many of the functional groups that support Meridian's operating business units, including Financial Administration, Talent Management, Procurement, and Administrative Services.  Keith works with each of the property mangers to develop Meridian's full-service capabilities, implement solid operating standards, and develop the growth strategy for the operating component of Meridian's business.

Prior to co-founding Meridian, Keith served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, where he was involved with various real estate negotiations on residential, commercial and land transactions including the $75 million Harvard land sale in Allston / Brighton while at the Authority. Keith also worked closely with executive staff on the operations and facilities of the new infrastructure.  Earlier in his career, Keith worked for the Massachusetts Highway Department in the Right of Way Bureau, where he managed the relocation of businesses and residences that were impacted by the $220 million route 146 relocation and construction project in Worcester.

Keith received his BS in Finance from Bentley College and his MBA from Boston College.  Keith is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and is a candidate for his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Valerie Post, Managing Principal, Engel & Völkers / Meridian Realty Group


Valerie is responsible for leading Engel & Völkers Sales & Leasing Divisions.  Valerie specializes in CEOs, business owners, relocating personnel, international investors, upscale families and first time home buyers hoping to sell or buy condominiums, single families and apartment buildings in Boston and the surrounding suburbs.

Prior to co-founding Engel & Völkers Boston / Meridian Realty Group, Valerie managed and owned numerous investment multifamily properties throughout Massachusetts.  She started investing in real estate in 1979.  Earlier in her career, Valerie served as Regional Vice President at Equilease Financial Services, where she specialized in business financing.  In addition to her role at Engel & Völkers, Valerie also owns The Point Restaurant & Bar, in Boston's Quincy Market.

Valerie received her BS from the State University of New York at Albany.  Valerie is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and is a candidate for her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.  She lives in Boston Back Bay with her husband, Larry, and their Tibetan Terrier, Tucker.

Anna Martin, Managing Principal, Bodywaves Therapeutic Massage

Anna is responsible for leading Bodywaves Therapeutic Massage. Prior to joining as CEO of Bodywaves, Anna spent over a decade in the hospitality industry, getting her start in Property Management with luxury hi-rise developments then making the transition to General Manager for a corporate housing entity, where she handled multiple hi-profile clients with global relocation needs .

With a strong background of success and expertise in business consulting, Anna brings an entrepreneurial mindset to the studio, concentrating her efforts on employee fulfillment and development, client retention and satisfaction, and overall fortification of the sales and operational processes. Anna's education at The Museum of Fine Arts and background in Graphic Design and Illustration have given her the creative edge necessary to positively impact the studio through her marketing efforts. Her primary goals are concentrating on the cultivation of a friendly, cohesive and successful work space, while spreading awareness about the endless health benefits related to therapeutic massage.

A Boston native, Anna now lives in Davis Square, Somerville, with her partner JC and their son Luka, and enjoys running, rowing and concert-going in her free time.

Chris Goll, General Manager, The Point Bar & Restaurant

Chris - The Point GM

Chris is the general manager of The Point, one of Boston’s most iconic restaurants and bars located in the Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market area of Boston.

Chris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and, above all, ensuring the quality of guests’ experiences at The Point. Chris joined The Point in 2012 and quickly moved up the ranks within the service team, ascending to the role of general manager in 2016. Chris’ favorite dishes at The Point are the “John Hancock” Chicken Sandwich and the fresh Shrimp Scampi.

Chris received his BS from Curry College. When he’s not in the restaurant, he enjoys watching all the Bruins and the Patriots, working on his car, and weightlifting.
